Terms Of Usage

The following are rules for the use of all material on this website. Failure to follow these rules means that you aren't a nice person. I realize I can't actually do anything about if you really follow the rules but please realize that I worked hard on the things in the site and a little credit is really all that is needed. If you did the work, wouldn't you want a little recognition?

General

I did not draw the images used to make the graphics on this site, all rights towards the characters, games, movies, anime, and manga that are used on this site are reserved for the original creators.

Avatars

Anything in the avatar section of this site is permitted for internet use through Instant Messengers, Bloggings, and Forums. However, these should not be posted to avatar listing sites without my permission and a link back to this site. If you see something you wish to share with others by posting it in your Icon Journal, you must state that you did not make the icon and where people can find more (ie, state 'Icons by nike13 of CoffeeAddict').

Layouts

Anything in the layout section of this site is permitted for internet use on personal websites. All layouts will have a credit portion already encoded into the layout's coding. These credits are not to be removed unless they are being moved to a credits page within the site. You are encouraged to change the code however you like, just don't ask me what's wrong after doing so. All layouts are testing in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, if there is a problem with either browser, it will be stated in the README.txt file within the layout's zip file.

Tutorials

All tutorials are made to help you, the use of which is free and doesn't require any link backs or postings stating where you found it (its nice but you don't have to). However, do not copy and paste the tutorial to your own site, if someone wishes to know how you made someone, direct them here.

Trans PNG

Anything in the Trans PNG section of this site is permitted for use in graphic making (ie the creation of avatars, layouts, or wallpapers). A link back to this site would be appreciated but is not required (simply because many people can make a trans png of the same scan and it is difficult to state who made it). If you wish to link back, you may use a banner in the Link In/Out section or just use a simple text link.

Wallpapers

Anything in the avatar section of this site is permitted for personal use on your desktop or laptop. If you wish to use one for the background on your site or userpage somewhere, please state that it was created by nike13 somewhere on the site. Do not repost these as your own works, nor should you post them to any art sites (even if you are stating that its not yours). Art sites are for your own art, not for showing off the stuff you found through Google.
